Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand client requirements and explain our event management services and packages.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain a record of leads.




- Coordinate with internal teams to check availability and prepare proposals.
- Assist the team in converting inquiries into bookings.
- Support client meetings, both online and in-person, when required.
- Keep client and lead information updated in the CRM.
- Work towards monthly inquiry handling and conversion targets.
- Learn and follow the company’s sales and client-handling process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers only – 0 to 1 year of experience
- Graduate in Business Administration or any related field.
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to build a career in sales and client management.
