Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Business Development Executive – IT Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, promoting IT services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Promote IT services such as Web Development, Software Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Cloud Solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule client meetings and support the complete sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.




- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements

- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream, preferably BBA, MBA, Marketing, B.TECH or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, positive, and willing to interact with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and IT services.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to work in a target-based environment.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and regular follow-ups.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
