Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 /month + Performance Incentives

Role

Generate new business for Aakar by finding prospects, pitching our services, building relationships and closing projects/retainers.

Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads.
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings, pitches and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate.
- Close projects and retainers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding.

KPI

- 20+ qualified meetings/month
- 8+ proposals/month
- 2+ new clients/month
- ₹3–5 Lakh new business/month

Requirements

- 1+ year Sales / Business Development experience.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in pitching and closing.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Agency / Media / Marketing experience preferred.
