Business Development Executive | Ambition Marine Private Limited

We are hiring a proactive & target-driven Business Development Executive for our Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering company.

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: On-site

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Identify & generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling & online channels
- Build strong relationships with shipyards, ship owners, marine consultancies & engineering firms
- Prepare & deliver business proposals, presentations & quotations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Coordinate with technical teams to provide accurate client solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing & terms
- Maintain CRM database & prepare sales reports/forecasts
- Represent company at industry exhibitions & trade shows

Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition




- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation & proposal writing abilities
- Self-motivated & results-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
- Ability to understand technical/engineering services
- Willingness to travel
- Prior exposure to marine / shipbuilding / offshore / heavy engineering industry will be an added advantage

Qualification: Graduate (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech) | MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred
