Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable products and services.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and following up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels. They will build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers, explain service offerings clearly, and assist customers throughout the sales process.





The Business Development Executive will also maintain accurate sales records, follow up on potential opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer communication, and follow-ups.
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Willingness to learn about products and services and explain them clearly to customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Work Experience: 0–1 year (freshers are also eligible)
