About the Role

Educators Institute of Management is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges and educational institutions, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the branding and marketing growth of our academy.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges and educational institutions to establish and maintain professional relationships with management and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong connections with college management, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and institutional partnerships.
- Present and introduce new business proposals, academic programs, and collaboration opportunities to colleges.
- Coordinate with college management for meetings, presentations, orientations, and other promotional activities.
- Support the development and implementation of academy branding and marketing initiatives.
- Represent Educators Institute of Management professionally during college visits and business meetings.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective partners,



and convert opportunities into successful collaborations.
- Contribute innovative ideas for expanding the academy's reach and student enrolments.
- Achieve assigned business development and marketing targets.
