Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, converting leads into clients, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Identify and generate new business leads through online research, cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels.

⁠ ⁠Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements and effectively communicate our services.

⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads and enquiries to maximise conversions.

⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

⁠ ⁠Explore and establish partnerships with educational institutions, consultants, agencies, businesses and other relevant organisations.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and sales activities.

⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals and upselling of relevant services.

⁠ ⁠Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

⁠ ⁠Achieve agreed monthly sales and revenue targets.





⁠ ⁠Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, sales performance and market feedback.

⁠ ⁠Ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities.

⁠ ⁠Prior experience in business development, sales, telecalling or client acquisition is preferred, but strong candidates with the right attitude may also be considered.
