About the Role

EduBH is offering a Learn + Earn Program where you can work as a BDA/Education Counsellor while pursuing an online UG/PG degree through their partner universities.

The program may support the course fee through financing as per the applicable terms, making the education effectively cost-free while you remain part of the program.

Key Responsibilities

Receive around 100 student leads per day through CRM.

Call students and understand their education requirements.

Counsel students about suitable online UG/PG courses.

Explain university, course, eligibility, fees, and admission details.

Follow up with interested students.

Convert eligible leads into successful admissions.

Maintain student information and follow-ups in the CRM.

Work towards sales/admission targets.

Eligibility

You should

Be interested in pursuing an online UG/PG degree.

Be willing to study alongside the job.

Have good communication and convincing skills.

Be comfortable speaking with students on calls.

Be willing to achieve admission/conversion targets.

Have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

Be able to work full-time from home.

Important Requirement

This is not just a regular BDA job. You must be willing to pursue an online UG/PG course through EduBH alongside the job.
