About the Role

Plus People is hiring freshers for the Business Development Executive role. The position involves speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing counselling and consultative guidance, following up with leads, and converting qualified leads into successful customers.

Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, interests, and concerns.
- Provide counselling and consultative guidance based on customer needs.
- Explain products or services, features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales or customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams during the customer onboarding process.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer interaction.
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate suitable solutions.
- Comfortable working with sales and conversion targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
