Brandloom Club is looking for a smart, confident, and highly communicative Business Development Associate to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, attending client meetings, and exploring new business opportunities.

Prior experience in business development or sales is not mandatory. What matters most is your communication skills, confidence, smart personality, language proficiency, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Attend client meetings and business discussions.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present Brandloom Club’s services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client communication.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update the status of prospects.




- Represent Brandloom Club professionally during meetings and business interactions.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage.
- Smart, confident, presentable, and proactive personality.
- Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers confidently.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Good relationship-building skills.
- Two-wheeler or personal vehicle is an added advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.
