Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Source recent customers through field sourcing, referrals, and market activities.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and business targets.
- Conduct customer profiling and preliminary credit assessment.
- Maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, and local influencers.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Promote company products and services in assigned territories.
Collections
- Ensure timely collection of EMIs from customers.
- Follow up with overdue customers and reduce delinquency levels.
- Conduct field visits for collection and recovery activities.
- Maintain collection efficiency as per organizational benchmarks.
- Identify potential default risks and escalate accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with collection processes and regulatory guidelines.
