: Product Owner (SAFe Agile)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in SAFe Agile, Product Management, Business Analysis, and Stakeholder Management to drive product vision, backlog management, and delivery execution. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and program management to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product releases.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, QA, and business functions.
- Domain experience in Enterprise Software, Aerospace, Transportation, Mobility, or similar product engineering environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
- Participate in PI Planning and coordinate dependencies across teams.
- Monitor product progress, release readiness, and business outcomes.
- Support Change Control Board (CCB)



reviews and release governance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
