Responsibilities

- Business Analyst,

- 1. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria that enable successful solution delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
- Perform business process analysis and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, use cases, and data mappings to support solution design and implementation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate insurance, wealth management, and financial services requirements into actionable business and system requirements.
- Facilitate requirements refinement sessions and support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, business impacts, process gaps, and opportunities for improved decision-making. 9.

Support User Acceptance

Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, validating business requirements,



coordinating testing activities, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.

- Ensure compliance with business policies, regulatory requirements, governance standards, and audit controls applicable to the insurance and financial services industry.
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams while providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts.
