Role Description The Business Analyst – PropTech & Digital Platform role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications, and supporting the design of scalable digital solutions for Proho’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, conducting data-driven analysis to identify product and operational enhancements, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and operations teams.

The Business

Analyst will also prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards, support user acceptance testing,



and help ensure that platform features align with customer and business needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to derive insights from data and user behavior.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis expertise, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional interaction.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Business Process design, mapping, and optimization in a digital product environment.
- Candidates should possess ability to define and manage Business Requirements that can be translated into technical specifications.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience in PropTech, real estate, or digital platforms, and familiarity with agile methodologies are beneficial.
- Robust problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
