About the Role

Nerdience Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst & Business Development Intern to support both business analysis and business growth activities.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy research, data analysis, understanding business requirements, client communication, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities.

The intern will work closely with business, sales, product, and technical teams to understand requirements, research opportunities, support client acquisition, and contribute to technology-driven business initiatives.

What You Will Work On

During the internship, you may gain hands-on experience in:

Business Analysis

- Understanding business and client requirements
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Preparing basic BRDs, requirement documents, and reports
- Creating user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Supporting product and feature discussions
- Working with development and QA teams to clarify requirements
- Conducting gap analysis and supporting solution evaluation
- Analyzing business data and preparing insights
- Supporting project documentation and requirement tracking

Business Development

- Identifying and researching potential clients
- Lead generation through LinkedIn, email, online research, and other channels
- Building and maintaining prospect databases
- Understanding potential clients and their business needs
- Supporting client outreach and communication




- Assisting with email campaigns and follow-ups
- Supporting sales presentations, proposals, and pitch preparation
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets
- Maintaining lead and follow-up records
- Supporting client meetings and discussions when required
- Tracking business development activities and preparing reports

Cross-functional & Technology Exposure

- Collaborating with sales, marketing, product, development, and QA teams
- Understanding how business requirements are converted into technology solutions
- Participating in Agile/Scrum workflows
- Using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, LinkedIn, CRM tools, or similar platforms
- Using AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, and business development
- Supporting internal products, client projects, and business initiatives
