Key responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business and project requirements.
- Organize information collected from stakeholders and project teams.
- Prepare requirement notes, summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze business data using Excel and basic SQL.
- Prepare reports, charts, and presentations for internal discussions.
- Assist with identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within business information.
- Create basic process flows and workflow documentation.
- Support project teams in tracking requirements and assigned deliverables.
- Review requirements for clarity, completeness, and consistency.
- Assist with preparing meeting notes and action-item trackers.
- Research business processes, competitors, and relevant industry information when required.
- Communicate with team members to clarify requirements and follow up on pending information.
