About the Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical freshers to join our team as Business Analysts . This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to start their career in the IT and Business Analysis domain .

The selected candidates will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements, analyze data, prepare documentation, and support the development of effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional documentation.
- Create process flows, use cases, and requirement specifications.
- Work closely with development, QA, and business teams.
- Perform basic data analysis using Excel and SQL .
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track requirements and assist with project documentation.
- Participate in meetings and communicate project requirements clearly.
- Support testing and validation of business requirements.
- Identify business problems and assist in developing suitable solutions.

Required Skills




- Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel .
- Understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create documentation and presentations.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new IT tools and technologies.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau .
- Basic knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Basic understanding of databases and data visualization.

Education & Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E graduates – Freshers can apply
- MBA / PGDM graduates – Freshers can apply
- B.Sc / BCA / MCA graduates can also apply.
- 0–1 year of experience.
- Candidates with academic projects or internships in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or IT are preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates willing to work from Hyderabad are encouraged to apply.
