About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Enterprise Cyber Security Resilience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex cybersecurity and resilience requirements into actionable plans. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to elicit, analyze, and document business needs related to cyber risk, resilience strategies, and compliance initiatives.

The Business

Analyst will play a vital role in supporting cybersecurity governance, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating the implementation of resilience frameworks aligned with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on cybersecurity and enterprise resilience. A comprehensive understanding of cyber risk management, operational resilience, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and crisis management is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and COBIT.

Excellent skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, gap analysis,



and documentation are mandatory. Professional certifications like CBAP, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or CBCP will be considered an added advantage. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities The Business Analyst will be responsible for a broad range of activities, including eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements related to cybersecurity resilience, cyber risk, and compliance initiatives. Collaborating with Security Operations, Cyber Risk, Infrastructure, Application, IT, and Business teams, the candidate will define and implement resilience strategies that align with organizational goals. Conducting comprehensive business process analysis, gap assessments, and risk impact evaluations will be key to identifying vulnerabilities and dependencies.

Supporting Business Continuity

Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience programs will be central to the role.

The Business Analyst will translate regulatory, security, and compliance requirements into clear business and technical specifications, preparing detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, governance meetings,



and risk reviews will be essential for ensuring alignment and clarity. The role also involves analyzing cybersecurity processes, controls, vulnerabilities, and remediation activities, supporting security assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and cyber risk analysis.

Tracking project deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items will be crucial to maintaining project momentum. The Business Analyst will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of security gaps and compliance issues. Additionally, supporting Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Waterfall project activities will be necessary to ensure seamless project execution and governance adherence.
