Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and business needs

- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups

- Track and monitor client requirements, tasks, deliverables, action items, and timelines

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements

- Monitor open issues and follow up with relevant teams until closure





- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, updates, and follow-ups

- Managing reports, meeting minutes, trackers, presentations, and other client-related documentation

- Identify gaps, challenges, or potential issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution

- Preparation of BRDs, FRDs, requirement reports, process documentation, UAT reports, and business analysis reports

- Support the Customer Success team in maintaining strong client relationships and customer satisfaction

- Understand business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement

- Use AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, reporting, communication, and daily productivity

- Explore new AI tools and identify opportunities to improve internal and client-facing processes

- Manage multiple client requirements and priorities effectively

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client activities
