We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Business Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by engaging with prospective learners and professionals, evaluating their career aspirations, and consulting them on career upskilling programs. Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting & Outreach: Connect with potential candidates and working professionals via cold calls, emails, and active follow-ups to acquire current clients for upskilling programs.
- Consultative Acquisition: Understand candidates' educational and professional backgrounds to recommend tailored learning paths that align with their career goals.
- Pipeline Management: Track and maintain candidate interaction records, pipeline stages, and conversion statuses in the internal tracking system.
- Deal Closure: Guide prospects through the admissions and enrollment process, resolve queries, overcome objections, and hit monthly acquisition targets.
- Performance Excellence:



Consistently achieve daily call activity key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly business goals.

Key Requirements & Eligibility

- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Age Limit: Maximum 31 years at the time of application.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication; strong active listening, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Work Setup: 100% On-site working model from our Gurugram office.

Shift Details & Work Environment

- Location: Gurugram, India
- Shift Timings: Fixed Day Shift (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- Work Days: 5-day work week with fixed weekday off days

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,140,000.00 per year
