Job Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join as BTL Promoters. In this role, you will represent our brand on the ground, engage directly with students and working professionals across Tricity's student hubs, and generate walk-in leads for the business.

We focus on hands-on training, personalized mentoring, and career-oriented guidance to ensure learners gain job-relevant skills, not just theoretical knowledge. With expert trainers, live doubt-solving sessions, and continuous learner support, we help students confidently transition into high-growth technology and digital roles.

Responsibilities

- Visit assigned student hubs across the Tricity daily to promote the brand and generate walk-in leads for the business
- Engage directly with students and potential learners,



explain offerings clearly, and encourage them to visit the office.
- Distribute promotional material (pamphlets, flyers, offers) as required
- Set up and manage promotional activity at stalls, kiosks, or high-footfall student hubs when assigned
- Collect basic customer information/leads and report daily activity and results to the reporting manager
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure leads are followed up on
- Maintain a professional and approachable manner while representing the company in the field

Requirements & Skills

- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant field/promotional experience required
- Good communication skills (Hindi/regional language, as needed)
- Comfortable with daily outdoor/field work and travel across the Tricity
- Basic ability to note down and report lead information
