Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural drawings, plans, and designs using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in architecture or a related field (civil engineering).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting software; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
