Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day brand coordination and communication
- Communicate with international brand representatives through email and other communication channels
- Maintain and update Excel / Google Sheets for brands, SKUs, samples, pricing, orders and other project information
- Assist with sample selection, sample coordination and sample tracking
- Coordinate SKU lists, product details, price lists and other brand information
- Follow up with brands for pending information, documents, samples and confirmations
- Maintain trackers and ensure important updates and follow-ups are recorded
- Assist in organising brand documents, presentations and product information
- Support basic market and competitor research
- Assist with information required for market plans and business plans
- Support the team with general coordination and administrative tasks related to brand onboarding and launches

What We’re Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable with professional email communication
- Highly organised and detail-oriented




- Positive at following up and keeping track of multiple ongoing tasks
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
- Interested in branding, marketing, FMCG and international brands
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior internship experience in marketing, business, coordination or a related field is a plus

Position: Brand & Marketing Assistant Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Office Location: Sector 6, Noida

Stipend: ₹12,000/month
