Katyayani Organics is a Bhopal-based agri-input company making crop protection and crop nutrition products for Indian farmers. We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead our below-the-line (BTL) marketing and make the brand visible where farmers actually buy: in villages, mandis and at retailer counters across states.
About the role
You will be the brand marketing lead for all BTL activity: rural campaigns, farmer meets, demo drives, dealer and retailer branding, regional activations and on-ground brand visibility across states. This is a hands-on, field-heavy role.
What you will do
- Rural and field activations: plan and run rural BTL campaigns, farmer meets, crop demo drives and regional activation initiatives.
- On-ground visibility: lead dealer and retailer branding to strengthen our presence at the point of sale across states.
- Planning and execution: own field activations end to end,
from the plan and calendar to execution on the ground.
- Vendors and agencies: manage third-party vendors and partner agencies so every campaign runs smoothly and on time.
- Budgets and ROI: own regional campaign budgets and measure the effectiveness of every activation through continuous ROI tracking.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of core experience in BTL or rural marketing.
- Industry background in agri-inputs, rural FMCG or allied sectors.
- Proven expertise in field activation planning, agency and vendor management, regional campaign budgeting and ROI tracking.
- Comfortable travelling frequently to rural markets across states.
