Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Actively sell products like credit cards, insurance, and personal loans, while also handling CASA (Current Account Savings Account) opening.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Engage with mapped clients to provide financial solutions and deepen relationships.
- Operational Support: Handle customer transactions and service requests within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Digital Adoption: Introduce customers to alternative banking channels such as internet, mobile, and WhatsApp banking.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and audit requirements.
