ANNUAL COMPENSATION INR 4.0 - 4.5 Lacs CTC

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 0 - 2 Years (Sales)

PREFERRED FROM LIQUOR BACKGROUND

WORK SHIFT 12-Hr Rotational (Day/ Night)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement: Assist international travelers in selecting products while providing exemplary luxury customer service.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets. Merchandising & Presentation: Maintain premium product displays, visual merchandising standards, and overall store cleanliness.

Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock handling, inventory monitoring, and replenishment.

Brand Loyalty:



Build strong customer rapport, explain product features, active offers, and promotional campaigns effectively.

Professional Standards: Uphold impeccable grooming standards, personal presentation, and professional conduct at all times

REQUIRED SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY

Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in Liquor Category sales, or general Retail & Hospitality background are preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and robust interpersonal skills. Sales Aptitude: Solid understanding of basic sales techniques and customer service excellence. Attitude: Positive demeanor, high enthusiasm, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
