Job Responsibilities – Branch Sales Manager

- Manage sales operations in the assigned territory.
- Drive sales of Lithium Batteries, Inverters, UPS & Solar Solutions.
- Appoint and manage dealers/distributors.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
- Share regular sales updates and market feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and key customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth in the Jaipur/Rajasthan market.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in Batteries / Inverters / Electrical Home Appliances.
- Experience in White Goods will be preferred.
- Exposure to EV (2W/3W), Solar or ESS segments will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Jaipur/Rajasthan market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.




- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Experience Branch Sales Manager: 8–15 Years

Qualification

- Graduate
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be preferred.
