About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and organized Branch Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our branch. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, follow up on operational requirements, and ensure smooth branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with branch staff and various departments for daily operational activities.
- Maintain and update branch records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle regular follow-ups with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and traffic teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle basic email communication and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and records of branch-related documents.
- Support the Branch Manager/Senior Team in administrative and coordination activities.




- Handle basic data entry and work on MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ensure timely communication of branch updates to the concerned team members.
- Perform other coordination and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Age: 20–25 years
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Fresher candidates can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
