Job Title: Branch Manager – ST LAP

Location: Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5–10 Years

Education: Any Degree

Key Responsibilities

- Source Small Ticket LAP (up to ₹7 Lakhs) business through the open market.
- Manage and lead a team of LAP executives to achieve branch targets.
- Achieve consolidated monthly business and sales targets.
- Drive LAP portfolio growth within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and suitable geographies for LAP products.
- Assess local market conditions and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle day-to-day branch-level activities to ensure business growth.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
- Train, coach, develop, and motivate branch team members.
- Build strong relationships with customers and local market channels.




- Travel frequently within the assigned territory for business development and team management.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in LAP / Loan Against Property sales.
- Prior experience in Small Ticket LAP (up to ₹7 Lakhs) is mandatory.
- Experience in sourcing LAP business from the open market.
- Prior experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer segments.
- Proficiency in Tamil is required.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
- Self-motivated with strong business development skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
