Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and supervise the branch team to achieve business objectives and goals.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience in management and leadership, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
