Position: Branch Manager (BM)
Product: HL/LAP (Home Loan / Loan Against Property)
Experience Required: Minimum 2.5 Years
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA
Selection Process: Single Round F2F Interview
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales and achieve business targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team effectively.
- Generate business through DSA, Direct Channel, Connectors, and other sourcing channels.
- Build strong customer and partner relationships.
- Ensure smooth coordination with credit and operations teams.
- Maintain branch productivity and portfolio quality.
