Branch Manager Leadership Program (BM LP)Program OverviewThis is a 2-month intensive residential training program designed to develop experienced banking professionals into Branch Managers at RBL Bank. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be placed in a Branch Manager role.Eligibility Criteria

- Age: 28 to 34 years
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in Banking (Sales / Service / Operations)
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized institution
- Strong customer service orientation, leadership potential, and business growth mindset

Compensation & Perks

- Training Stipend: 50,000 per month during the 2-month program
- Post Placement CTC: Up to 12 LPA (subject to eligibility and performance)
- Leadership Program Completion Certificate from RBL Bank upon successful completion
