- Drive managers in recruitment of Life Advisors and drive business

- Ensure activation of managers

- Team handling
- Enable managers achieve their confirmation and progression
- Do field visits with managers/advisors as and when required

Preferred candidate profile

- Working as Branch Manager in Life Insurance Company in Agency/APC channel
- Having experience in leadership position in Life Insurance Company
