We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure the safety, discipline, wellbeing, and overall welfare of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students and maintain proper discipline within the hostel.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules, schedules, and institutional policies.
- Maintain attendance and daily records of hostel residents.
- Monitor students' safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and general wellbeing.
- Coordinate hostel meals, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support services.
- Handle student concerns and communicate important issues to parents, teachers, and management.
- Monitor entry and exit of students and maintain visitor records.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and coordinate with the concerned authorities when required.
- Organize and supervise study hours, recreation, prayer, and other hostel activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms and common areas.
- Report incidents,



disciplinary matters, maintenance issues, and other concerns to management.
- Ensure compliance with hostel safety and security procedures.

Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in hostel/student supervision, school administration, residential institutions, or a similar role.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong discipline and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle students patiently and responsibly.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
- Willingness to stay in the hostel premises, if required.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in school/college hostels or residential educational institutions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
