The booking coordinator is the heart of our operations in India someday. You would be involved in coordinating all confirmed trips and liaisoning with hotels, flight vendors, car vendors, and other tour companies. Additionally, you would have to speak to the client to ensure that their trip is comfortable.

The role requires you to take confirmed trips on our developed software, and confirm each hotel. After that, you would need to make detailed vouchers to send to the client. And during the clients travels ensure that the trip is going well and without any hiccups.

We prefer applicants who are relatively new to the industry and have 1-2 years experience





Responsibilities To book and confirm all hotels at the best rates possible To book and confirm all flights for our clients

Coordinate and confirm cars, trains, and flights for a client.

To make detailed vouchers to send to the client To ensure that the client faces no issues during their trip. and if they do find solutions to help them immediately.

Qualifications

Good Computer skills (Excel and math skills will be a plus)

Excellent communications skills A very good eye for detail

Valuable english Skills

Cheerful Personality and a team player

Previous Client servicing profile would be preferred.
