- GovernanceEnsure all patient, embryology, and laboratory data are collected, stored, and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and internal SOPs.Maintain data integrity, traceability, and audit-readiness across EMR/LIMS systems used across NOVA IVF centers.Support internal and external audits (ESHRE) by ensuring accurate, retrievable, and well-documented data records.Develop and enforce data quality control checklists and validation protocols to minimize entry errors and inconsistencies.Quality Checks &
- Data ValidationPerform routine quality checks on data extracted from EMR/LIMS and witnessing systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.Identify anomalies, missing data, or discrepancies and coordinate with center teams for timely correction.Establish standardized data validation frameworks applicable across all NOVA centers to ensure consistency in reporting.KPI Analysis &
- Performance ReportingDesign, maintain, and analyze dashboards tracking key IVF laboratory and clinical KPIs (e.g., fertilization rates, blastulation rates, clinical pregnancy rates, cycle cancellation rates, embryologist competency metrics).Generate periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly)



performance reports for individual centers and consolidated multi-center comparisons for BRM and MCR meetings.Benchmark center-level performance against internal targets and international standards (ESHRE Vienna Consensus indicators).Statistical Support for Scientific ResearchProvide statistical analysis support for research studies, clinical audits, and quality improvement projects led by the scientific/embryology team.Apply appropriate statistical methods (descriptive statistics, regression, comparative testing, survival analysis, etc.) to clinical and laboratory datasets.Assist in study design elements such as sample size estimation and data collection frameworks for prospective/retrospective studies.Ensure statistical rigor and reproducibility in analyses submitted for internal review or external publication.Data &
- Figure Preparation for Scientific PresentationsPrepare publication-quality charts, graphs, and tables summarizing research and performance data for conferences, journals, and internal scientific committees.Collaborate with embryologists and clinicians to translate raw data into transparent, accurate visual narratives for presentations (PowerPoint) and manuscripts.Support preparation of abstracts, posters, and slide decks for national/international reproductive medicine conferences.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with embryologists, clinicians, quality managers, and IT/LIMS administrators across multiple centers.Support capacity planning and resource optimization initiatives with data-driven insights.Train center-level staff on data entry standards and quality expectations as needed.
