Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Biotechnology Intern role based in Faridabad. The intern will assist in laboratory activities related to product testing, quality checks, and basic experimental procedures under supervision. Day-to-day tasks include supporting research and development projects, documenting results, preparing samples, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with internal protocols.
The role also involves learning and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
and other quality standards to ensure product safety and compliance. Depending on project needs, the intern may collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical documentation, and support basic product demonstrations or technical inputs for sales and customer education.
Qualifications
- Strong laboratory skills with the ability to handle basic equipment, prepare samples, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to conduct research and support Research and Development (R&D;) activities, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Understanding of Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and willingness to learn and comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Interest or exposure in sales or technical support for healthcare products, with the ability to communicate scientific concepts clearly.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with documentation tools; prior internship or project experience in a healthcare or biotech setting is an advantage.
