Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to support the development and maintenance of accurate 2D and 3D building models. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp and be able to create detailed architectural models and drawings as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop 3D BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and design concepts using SketchUp.
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Update BIM models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings and models.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project team members.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and drawing sets.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness,



and adherence to project requirements.
- Incorporate revisions and maintain updated project files.

Required Skills:

- Revit – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp – Mandatory
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and BIM concepts.
- Knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling / architectural drafting is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
