Role Description The Revit BIM Modeler role at Collabtec is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The BIM Modeler will develop and manage detailed 3D models for Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines in line with project requirements and industry standards. This role includes producing and updating construction drawings, coordinating with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders, and resolving design clashes using BIM tools.

The BIM Modeler will ensure model accuracy, maintain documentation, support design reviews,



and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling workflows and templates.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in Revit MEP suite (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating and managing coordinated 3D models.
- Knowledge of HVAC Ducting, Mechanical Piping, Fire Fighting and Electrical & ELVS design principles, with the ability to interpret and translate design intent into accurate models.
- Hands-on experience as a Modeler for multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with engineering and construction teams.
- Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within BIM models.
- Ability to produce and revise detailed Construction Drawings and documentation derived from BIM models.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for pharma, cleanroom, or industrial facilities is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site project environment.
