Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

· Work on projects with LOD 100–500 requirements.

· Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, detailing, sections, and schedules from BIM models.

· Develop and manage Façade and Landscape models/elements as required for project deliverables.

· Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, Façade, Landscape, and other disciplines.

· Support BIM coordination, clash review, and resolution with project teams, consultants, and contractors.

· Assist with BIM project setup, model management, workflows, and project standards.

· Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.

· Update models based on design changes, coordination requirements, and project revisions.

· Prepare required reports, schedules, and project documentation from Revit.

· Participate in coordination meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants,



and contractors.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

· 4+ years of relevant BIM and Revit experience.

· Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit Architecture.

· Proven hands-on experience in architectural BIM modeling, documentation, and detailing.

· Hands-on experience in Façade and Landscape modeling.

· Experience working on hospitality, commercial, residential, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.

· Positive understanding of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and BEP compliance.

· Basic knowledge of Interior Design.

· Good understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination and workflows.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or InDesign is an advantage.

· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Immediate availability is preferred.
