Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in Aluminium and/or uPVC Windows & Doors fabrication and installation projects.

The candidate will be responsible for project-wise quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, client billing, subcontractor billing, work order verification, quantity reconciliation, and tracking fabrication and installation progress.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and submit client RA bills, running bills and final bills based on actual site measurements.

· Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs and work orders for Aluminium & uPVC windows and doors.

· Verify window and door quantities based on approved drawings, measurement sheets and site conditions.

· Prepare project-wise measurement sheets for windows, doors, fixed glass, sliding systems, etc.

· Calculate quantities based on width, height, quantity and square feet.

· Verify fabrication and installation quantities against approved BOQ.

· Prepare billing for:

o Aluminium Windows & Doors o uPVC Windows & Doors o Sliding Windows & Doors o Fixed Windows o Glass & Glazing o Mosquito Mesh o Hardware o ACP / façade-related works, wherever applicable o Installation and other additional works

· Prepare extra item / variation statements for additional or changed work.

· Check client work orders, BOQs, rates, quantities and payment terms.

· Prepare and verify subcontractor / installation contractor bills.

· Maintain project-wise records of ordered, fabricated, delivered and installed quantities.

· Coordinate with the Production, Site, Sales,



Purchase and Accounts teams.

· Track pending quantities and support the project team in timely billing.

· Prepare quantity reconciliation and material consumption reports.

· Verify glass, profiles, hardware and other material quantities against project requirements.

· Maintain proper records of measurements, drawings, work orders, delivery challans and invoices.

· Follow up with clients for measurement approval, bill approval and payment status.

· Prepare project-wise billing and collection status reports.

· Identify discrepancies between BOQ, site measurements, fabrication and actual installation.

· Assist management in project costing and profitability analysis.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of Aluminium & uPVC Windows and Doors.

· Understanding of fabrication and installation processes.

· Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, quantity take-off and billing.

· Valuable understanding of square feet calculation and window/door measurements.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

· Ability to read and understand shop drawings and architectural drawings.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

· Good knowledge of RA billing,



final billing and variation billing.

· Good coordination and communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Candidates with relevant experience in Aluminium/uPVC Windows & Doors billing may also be considered.

Experience

2–4 years of experience in billing/quantity surveying, preferably in:

· Aluminium Windows & Doors

· uPVC Windows & Doors

· Glazing

· Façade

· Building construction

· Interior/fit-out projects

Preferred Candidate

· Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience with client measurements and billing.

· Experience in subcontractor billing and work order verification.

· Good practical knowledge of window and door measurements.

· Strong Excel skills with knowledge of formulas and project-wise reporting.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
