Role Overview

Looking for bilingual SOC Analysts to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. Candidates should have a robust background in architecting and delivering digital applications, web technologies, cloud platforms, data analytics, Digital Twin, and other emerging tech. We value analytical thinking and demonstrate leadership in diverse domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Security Operations Monitoring
- Responding to security product alerts (Firewall, IPS/IDS, EDR, etc.)
- Verification of detected alerts
- Ticket creation and user interviews
- Document creation (operational manuals, workflows, etc.)
- Report creation and submission

Experience

5+ years of experience in Web applications development with exposure to customer-facing roles. Experience working with Japanese clients or in a bilingual environment is preferred.





Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows, and Linux OS
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity (equivalent to Basic Information Technology Engineer or CompTIA Security+)
- Experience working proactively on tasks
- Ability to communicate flexibly with client representatives and team members

Recommended Skills

- Experience operating SIEM, security devices (security appliances), and cloud services
- Alert analysis and packet analysis for security devices (FW, IDS, EDR, etc.)
- Utilization of OSINT tools

Employment Type:

- Two-shift rotation: day shift (9:00 AM - 9:15 PM) and night shift (9:00 PM - 9:15 AM the following day)
- Initially (2-3 months): 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM

Qualifications

B.E in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

Japanese Nationals/ Foreigners with JLPT N2 or higher certification in Japanese language
