As a Bench Sales Specialist at ISoftech Inc., you will play a key role in placing our bench consultants into client projects. The role blends sales, relationship management, and the use of AI tools for prospecting, consultant marketing, and market insights all while working in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, and )
- Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources.
- Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required.
- Communicating with the consultants on a daily basis and updating them about submission and interviews.
- Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied.
- Submitting to their contacts (own Database).
- Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients.
- Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally close the candidate.




- Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct clients.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
- Solid in Active and Passive searches to source candidates.
- Should be able to manage a complete cycle of Bench sales.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 2-7 years of experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or related recruitment/sales roles.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative.
- Knowledge or fair understanding of IT terminologies preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools in sales/recruitment is a plus.

Location: Hybrid Chennai (Anna Nagar) office Working Hours: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (MonFri)

Holiday Policy: Off on U.S. Federal Holidays and select Indian festival days
