Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and experienced Behavior Therapists (BTs) to join our clients healthcare/therapy team in Mal City, Maldives. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree in Behavioral Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), along with practical clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct behavioral assessments and identify individual treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
- Work with children and/or individuals with developmental, behavioral, and learning difficulties.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide guidance to families on appropriate behavioral strategies and home-based interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.




- Maintain qualified ethics, confidentiality, and client safety.

Eligibility / Requirements
- Degree in Behavioral Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Degree/program should include a clinically supervised practicum.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Valid qualified registration.
- Good English communication skills.
- Robust observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
