We are looking for an experienced BDM – IT Domestic Staffing who has a strong track record in client acquisition and business development.
⭐ Key Requirement: Candidates with strong existing relationships with corporate/IT clients and an established client network will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop current business opportunities in domestic IT staffing
- Maintain & expand relationships with existing clients
- Generate new staffing requirements and business leads
- Handle client meetings, negotiations & closures
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue & business targets
Skills Required
✔️ 5 years of IT Domestic Staffing BD experience
