We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (Field work)to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, conducting field visits, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to identify and meet potential clients.

- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

- Promote and explain the company's products/services to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Collect market and competitor information and share feedback with the management.





- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and successful service delivery.

- Prepare regular reports on field activities, leads, and conversions.

- Required Skills

- Ability to work independently in the field.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Freshers can apply.

- Previous experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

- Candidates must be willing to undertake regular field visits.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
