Job Summary:
Tagor Medical College & Hospital is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support marketing and outreach initiatives, foster key partnerships, and promote healthcare packages and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, doctors, insurance companies, and referral partners.
- Identify new business and referral opportunities for the hospital.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and healthcare packages.
- Coordinate with internal departments for business development activities.
- Conduct corporate visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Track leads, referrals, and business conversion.
- Prepare daily/weekly business development reports.
- Support hospital marketing and outreach activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Any Degree / MBA (Marketing or Hospital Management preferred).
- Experience: 0 – 3 years in hospital/healthcare business development preferred.
- Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and MS Office proficiency.
