? About the Role

We are looking for a Banking Partnerships Associate to support and manage our relationships with existing banking partners and assist in onboarding new banks and banking products.

The role involves a combination of technical and non-technical responsibilities, including bank documentation, technical integrations, issue resolution, partner coordination, and understanding business/product requirements.

? Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with existing banking partners for day-to-day requirements and issue resolution.

· Manage bank documentation, onboarding formalities, and compliance-related requirements.

· Coordinate with internal Technology, Product, Operations, and Business teams for banking integrations.

· Support technical integration activities and coordinate with banks and internal tech teams for API/integration-related requirements.

· Track and resolve integration, transaction, and operational issues with banking partners.

· Assist in identifying and evaluating current banks, banking products, and solutions aligned with business requirements.

· Support the onboarding process for new banking partners and products.





· Understand business and product requirements and coordinate with banking partners to find suitable solutions.

· Maintain trackers, documentation, and regular updates related to banking partnerships.

· Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

? Requirements

· 0.6 - 1 year of experience in banking partnerships, fintech, banking operations, payment operations, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of banking products, payment systems, and financial technology.

· Exposure to working with banks or financial institutions is preferred.

· Basic understanding of APIs/technical integrations and ability to coordinate with technology teams.

· Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.
