Educatsio School of Dance and Music is a professional learning space focused on making performing arts education structured, accessible, and enjoyable. We are expanding our dance programs and are looking for a passionate and skilled Ballet Teacher to join our team.

Role

We are looking for a Ballet Teacher with strong training in Ballet who can teach students in a structured and progressive manner.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with beginners, children, teenagers, and adults, and should be able to build strong foundations while keeping classes engaging and encouraging.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular ballet classes at Educatsio
- Teach classical ballet technique, terminology, posture, alignment, coordination, flexibility, musicality, and movement quality
- Build classes according to the students’ age and skill level
- Create a structured progression for students as they develop
- Help students build strong technical foundations
- Adapt teaching methods according to individual learning needs
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and professional classroom environment
- Track and communicate student progress when required
- Prepare students for performances, assessments, workshops, or other academy programs when applicable
- Be punctual,

Requirements

- Strong training and understanding of Classical Ballet
- Previous ballet teaching experience
- Ability to teach beginner-level students effectively
- Comfortable teaching children and young students
- Good communication and classroom-management skills
- Qualified attitude, punctuality, and reliability
- Ballet certification or recognised formal training is preferred
