Job Title: Contractual Backlink Developer (Pay-Per-Link / Project-Based)

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Backlink Developers to join us as independent, contractual link-building agents. This is a performance-based position with no permanent contract—you earn payment for every individual backlink that meets our quality criteria and gets approved.

Key Responsibilities & Structure: You will build high-quality, white-hat backlinks using one of two approved structures (assigned per campaign):

- Direct Backlinks: Direct high-authority placements to the target site.
- Three-Tier Web 2.0 Pyramids: Built using a strict 1-3-4 structure per pyramid:
- Tier 1: 1 link pointing directly to the target URL.
- Tier 2: 3 links pointing to the Tier 1 URL.
- Tier 3: 4 links pointing to the Tier 2 URLs.

For every assignment, we provide the Target URLs, Target Keywords, and Specific Niche.

Link Requirements & Criteria:

- White-Hat Techniques Only: Must adhere strictly to protected,



non-spammy SEO standards.
- High Domain Authority (DA): Placements must be on reputable, high-authority domains.
- Anchor Text Strategy: Links must feature generic, natural-looking anchor text (unless instructed otherwise).
- Unique URLs: Every single link placed across Tier 1 and Tier 2 must have a unique URL. Tier 3 links are the only exception where URL duplication rules are relaxed.
- Approval-Based Payment: Each backlink is checked upon submission. Payment is processed only for links that meet all requirements and are fully approved.
